Mein, aap aur Chambal tel ek anokhe safar par nikle the. Ab waqt aa gaya hai iss safar ke antim charan ka. Iss charan mein mein Sikar ki kahaniya, itihas aur sundarta ki charcha to kar hi raha hun sath hi Chambal tel mein Sikar ki shaan laziz Dahi vada bhi bana raha hun. To aap bhi banaiye ye laziz Dahi vada.

  • 50 gram moong dal (mogar)
  • 50 gram dal moth
  • 50 gram chawli
  • 100 grams dhuli urad
  • 1 tbsp salt (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp green chilli (paste)
  • 1 tbsp fennel seeds (saunf)
  • 1 tbsp corianader seeds crushed
  • oil (for frying - chambal RSBO)
  • 1 tsp ginger (paste)
  • asafoetida
For dahi:
  • 250 grams dahi
  • 1 tbsp black salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 tbsp yellow chilly powder
  • 1 tsp ajwain, saunf, kalimirch masala
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds (roast)
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp dry mint powder
Method:
  • Soak dal overnight.
  • Now drain out the water and grind the dal into a coarse paste.
  • Mix it gently all the remaining ingredients and make vada.
  • Heat oil (Chambal RSBO) in a kadhai.
  • Drop it in the hot oil (Chambal RSBO) and keep the flame medium. Deep fry them till it becomes golden brown.
  • Soak wada in heeng, dahi, water mixture.
  • Whisk dahi add all the ingredients.
  • Squeeze wada nicely with soft hands, place it in a serving dish, add dahi.
  • Serve immediately.
