  • Arbi (colocasia), boiled & peeled: 2 cups
  • Ginger, chopped: 1/2 tbsp
  • Green chili, chopped: 1 tsp
  • Garlic, chopped: 2 tbsp
  • Water: as required
  • Besan (gram flour): 2 tbsp
  • Salt: 1/2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder: 1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander: 1 tbsp

 

 

Method:

 

  1. Heat a pan and add mustard oil, ajwain, and hing. Let them bloom.
  2. Add chopped ginger, green chili, and garlic. Sauté them.
  3. Add boiled arbi, toss, and cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame.
  4. Add salt, red chili powder, and turmeric powder. Sauté.
  5. Add besan and toss until every piece of arbi is coated.
  6. Once the besan is cooked, add some water, cover with a lid, and cook for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander. Arbi ki latpati sabzi is ready to serve.

  • Salt: 1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
  • Amchur powder: 1/2 tbsp
