Step 1: Preparing the Vegetables

  1. Heat the Oil:

    • In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil.
    • Heating oil in a pan to start preparing Suji ka Nasta.

    • Once the oil is hot, add the diced onion. Ensure the pieces are slightly thick as this will help maintain texture.
    • Adding diced onion and chopped capsicum to the hot oil.
