2 Style Crispy Chicken Lollipop


  • For the Chicken-
  • 1/2tsp. Black Pepper.
  • 1tsp. Ginger-Garlic paste.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1tsp. Vinegar.
  • 1tsp. Soya Sauce.
  • 1tsp. Red Chilli paste.
  • 2tsp. Corn flour.
  • 2tsp. Refined Flour.
  • 1no. Egg.
  • Oil.



  • For the Sauce-
  • 2-3 nos. Dry Red Chilli.
  • 1 tbsp. chopped Garlic.
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped Onions.
  • 1 tbsp. Red Chilli paste.
  • 1 tbsp. Red Chilli Sauce.
  • 1 tbsp. Ketchup.
  • Salt and Pepper to taste.
  • 1/2 tsp. Sugar.
  • 1 tsp. Vinegar.
  • 1 tsp. Soya Sauce.
  • The Chicken Lollipops-
  • 2-3 nos. Spring Onion.
  • Handful chopped Coriander leaves.
  • Handful Ginger julienne.
  • 1 tsp. Diluted Corn flour


  • For Marination.
  • Take fresh Chicken Lollipop in a bowl add  1/2tsp. Black Pepper, 1tsp. Ginger-Garlic paste, 1tsp. Salt, 1tsp. Vinegar, 1tsp. Soya Sauce and 1tsp. of Red Chilli paste.
  •  Now nicely coat this marinate over the lollipops and keep it for about 15-20 minutes.
  • After 15-20 minutes add 2tsp. of corn flour, 2tsp. of refined white flour and one egg to the marinated chicken and then mix it nicely and thoroughly so that the marinations sticks nicely.

  • For frying.
  • Now deep fry these lollipops in medium hot oil.
  •  You can also coat the chicken with a light layer of dry flour before placing them in the oil if you want to make it extra crispy.
  • After deep frying, it keeps them aside.

  • For sauce.
  • Take a fresh pan to make the sauce. let the pan get super hot, then add roughly chopped  2-3 dried red chillies and 2-3 nos. chopped spring onion’s bulbs and greens.
  • Now add some oil to the extremely hot pan in it add the chopped Red Chillies and 1tbsp. chopped Garlic, lightly sauté it.
  •  As the Garlic starts getting brown then add 1tbsp of finely chopped Onions and toss it up.
  •  As the onions turn light brown add 1tbsp of red chilli paste, 1tbsp. red chilli sauce, 1tbsp. of ketchup then add some water and cook everything together.
  •  Then add some salt and pepper to taste, 1/2tsp. Sugar, 1tsp. Vinegar, 1tsp Dark Soya Sauce stir all of it up and bring it to a nice boil.
  • Now take the crispy fried chicken on a plate and keep it aside.
  •  Then add some chopped bulbs of spring onions, a handful of Ginger juliennes, freshly chopped coriander leaves and spring onion greens to the sauce and mix everything nicely.
  • Now toss the fried chicken pieces into the sauce.
  •  Then dilute 1tsp. Corn flour in little water and add to the mixture. Mix it well and turn off the gas.
  • Mix everything well and your Crispy fried Chicken lollipop is ready.
  • Serve it hot with a garnish of spring Onion on it and enjoy.
