Ingredients

For Schezwan Sauce:

1 tomato

Few cloves of Garlic

1 inch size Ginger Sliced

1/2cup chopped Onions

10-15 Red Chillies soaked in hot water

1 tbsp Oil

1 tbsp chopped Garlic

Water as required

2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup

1 tbsp Vinegar

1 tsp Soy Sauce

Salt to taste

For the Scrambled Egg:

2 Eggs

1 tbsp Oil

Salt to taste

For the fried Rice:

3 diamond shaped green chillies

2 tbsp Oil

2 tbsp Chopped Garlic

½ cup chopped Yellow Bell Peppers

½ cup chopped Onions

½ cup chopped Green Bell Peppers

½ cup chopped Red Peppers

½ cup chopped French Beans

½ cup chopped Carrots

2 tbsp Schezwan Sauce

1 bowl steamed Rice

Salt to taste

1 tsp chopped Ginger

1 tsp Soy Sauce

1 tbsp Pickled Ginger

1 tbsp Vinegar

Scrambled Eggs

1 tsp Black Pepper Powder

Method

  • For theSchezwan sauce:
  • Addsome chopped tomato, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, chopped onion, soaked dried red chilies( soak it for some time in hot water)to a mixer, and grind them to a rough paste.
  • Now take a pan, add some oil, and then put some chopped garlic and fry it till golden brown thenadd some tomato ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, waterand cook it for 5 to 7 minutes until the oil shows up on top.
  • Your delicious Schezwan sauce is ready.
  • For Scrambled eggs:
  • Take a pan, put some oil.
  • Break 2 eggs, add some salt and prepare the scrambled eggs and remove it in a bowl and keep it aside
  • For the Fried Rice:
  • Take a wok and keep it on the flame till itbecomes super hot.
  • Now pour some oil, and then add some chopped garlic and saute it till slightly brown then add some green chilies and sauté them till it turns brown.
  •  Now put all the vegetableslike some chopped yellow peppers, chopped onions, chopped gren=en bell peppers, red peppers, French beans, and finally some carrots and toss all of it well.
  • Thenaddone big spoon of the schezwan sauce and then add the steamed rice and mix everything.
  •  Add soy sauce, some chopped ginger, some pickledginger(vinegar with chopped ginger), salt, and then add the scrambled eggs and combine everything thoroughly.
  •  Once done add some black pepper powder and some chopped spring onions and give it a quick toss.
  •  Your yummy and mouth-watering Schezwanegg fried rice is ready.
  •  Serve it hot. Enjoy!
