Sobombae by Zion Hospitality celebrates Mumbai’s rich culinary heritage through coastal, community-driven cuisines inspired by Konkan, Malwan, Parsi, Bohri, Maharashtrian, Gujarati, and South Indian traditions.
Opened by Zion Hospitality, this restaurant celebrates Mumbai’s layered culinary spirit — a legacy shaped by the Konkan and Malwan coasts, Parsi traditions, Catholic and Anglo-Indian warmth, Bohri generosity, Maharashtrian grit, Gujarati enterprise, and South Indian influences from Udupi, Mangalore, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh.
