Ingredients
Stuffed Paratha
1/2 Bunch Methi
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Tsp Jeera
1 Tsp Chopped Green Chilly
1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
½ Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Cup Atta Dough
Methi Dough Paratha
1 Bowl Atta
½ Bunch Methi
1 Tsp Green Chilly
1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
1 Tsp Ajwain
½ Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Nos Onion Chopped
Method
Clean MethiIn Water, Spread It On A Kitchen Towel To Dry.
Pick Tender Leaves And Discard Hard Stems
Make A Bunch Of Tender Methi Leaves And Finely Chop The Methi.
For Stuffing
Heat Oil In A Pan Add Cumin And Allow It To Crackle
Now Add Chopped Green ChillyAnd Garlic And Cook For A While
Add Half Of The Methi With Salt And Cook Till It Is Soft
Add Red Chilly Powder And Black Pepper Powder And Cook For Few Minutes
Allow The Mixture To Cool.
Divide The Prepared Atta Into Equal Portions
Stuff The Mixture In The Dough, Securing Ends Of The Dough Nicely
Roll The Dough Into 6 Inch Uniform Disc.
Heat A Tawa And Griddle The Paratha On Both The Sides On Medium Heat
Apply Oil Or Ghee And Cook Further Till Paratha Becomes Golden Brown And Crisp From Both The Sides.
Serve Hot With Melted Ghee Or Butter.

Add All The Ingredients To The Bowl And Knead A Smooth And Pliable Dough Using Little Water.
Allow It To Rest For 10 Min
Divide The Dough In Equal Portions
Roll The Dough Into Neat Square Apply Ghee And Book Fold The Dough.
Roll The Dough Again To 6 Inches Squares.
Heat A Tawa And Griddle The Paratha On Both The Sides On Medium Heat
Apply Oil Or Ghee And Cook Further Till Paratha Becomes Golden Brown And Crisp From Both The Sides.
Serve Hot With Melted Ghee Or Butter.
