  • 1 cup Rice, soaked

  4. Sprinkle salt and red chilli powder. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until fragrant.

  5. Add Schezwan chutney and roasted vermicelli. Mix well.

  6. Pour in water, cover the pan with a lid, and cook for 5-6 minutes on medium flame until the vermicelli is cooked.
