How to Make Nutty Muesli Bars

Hey, it is Chef Ajay! Come into my kitchen, where I experiment with different flavours and make memories every day. Today I want to share a personal story about a recipe that has become a family favourite: muesli bars. On a lazy Sunday afternoon, the air would smell like freshly baked bars, and my family would be looking forward to the first crunchy bite. Muesli bars are more than just a snack; they bring us together with their mix of tastes and textures.

  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1 cup Desiccated coconut
  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Seed and nut trail mix
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Refined flour

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of peanut butter and 1 cup of brown sugar, creaming them until well combined.

  2. Add 1 tbsp of vanilla essence and 1 tsp of cinnamon powder for flavoring.

  3. Mix in 1/4 cup of coconut oil and 1/2 cup of honey, gently whisking until the batter reaches a fine consistency.

  7. Bake it at 180 degrees for about 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

  8. Once baked, let them cool. Remove the parchment paper and cut them into bar-like shapes.
