Muesli Bars Recipe

Method:

 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of peanut butter and 1 cup of brown sugar, creaming them until well combined.

  2. Add 1 tbsp of vanilla essence and 1 tsp of cinnamon powder for flavoring.

  3. Mix in 1/4 cup of coconut oil and 1/2 cup of honey, gently whisking until the batter reaches a fine consistency.

  4. Add all the dry ingredients - 1 cup desiccated coconut, 2 cups rolled oats, 1/2 cup dried cranberries, 1/2 cup seed and nut trail mix, and 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Mix the ingredients well and bind them together.

  5. Introduce 1/4 cup of refined flour and bind the mixture together.

  6. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Take a baking dish and cover it with parchment paper. Pour the entire mixture into the baking dish, leveling it.

  7. Bake it at 180 degrees for about 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

  8. Once baked, let them cool. Remove the parchment paper and cut them into bar-like shapes.

  9. Serve these delicious muesli bars with the fruit of your choice.
