  • 2 tsp Green chilli paste
  • 1 tsp Jeera (Cumin seeds)
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • ¼ cup Fresh coconut (grated)
  • ½ cup Carrot (grated)
  • ¼ cup Onion (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Coriander (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Dil (chopped)
  • Banana leaf
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds

 

 

Method:

 

1. Prepare Rice Flour Mixture:

  • Boil water in a pan and add salt and green chilli paste.
  • In a bowl, mix rice flour with cumin seeds and crushed black pepper.

2. Combine Ingredients:

  • Pour the boiled water mixture into the rice flour and mix quickly to avoid lumps.
  • Add freshly grated coconut, grated carrot, finely chopped onion, chopped coriander, and dill. Mix well.
