Chicken popcorn
Ingredients
Chicken breast dices1cup
First marination
Butter milk1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Back pepper1 tsp
Paprika powder1tsp
Second marination
Egg 1nons
Salt to taste
Back pepper1 tsp
Paprika powder1tsp
Cider vinegar1 tsp
Garlic powder1tsp
Onion powder1tsp
Dried oregano1tsp
Seasonal flour
Flour1/2cup
Corn flour2tbsp
Salt to taste
Back pepper1 tsp
Paprika powder1tsp
Dried oregano1tsp
Oil for frying
Periperi masala 1 tbsp
Method:
● Chicken Cut into boneless small dices
First marination
● In bowl add buttermilk, salt, paprika powder, black pepper powder, add chicken cubes leave it for ½ hours
For seasoned flour
● In a bowl add maida, cornflour, salt, pepper powder, paprika, oregano mix it all
Second marination
● In a bowl add egg, salt, oregano, pepper powder, paprika, onion and garlic powder, mustard, apple cider vinegar, mix all the ingredients.
● Then remove the chicken from the first marination and put it into the second marination for 1/2 hours
● In the first marination add an ice cube.
● Remove the chicken from 2nd marination
● and dust with seasoned flour
● then dip it into buttermilk chilled marination
● then again dust with seasoned flour
● Shake off the excess flour
● then add in hot oil and fry till become crispy make sure chicken is cooked well
● Sprinkle peri-peri masala on top of chicken popcorn and serve
