  • 1 1/2 cups Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Mustard Oil
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 15-20 Garlic Cloves
  • 3-4 Green Chillies
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • Water, as required
  • 1 tbsp Salt

For Boiled Rice:

  • 1 cup Rice
  • 2 cups Water





Preparation of Boiled Rice:

  1. Wash the rice thoroughly under running water until the water runs clear.
  2. Transfer the rice to a pressure cooker, add water, and cook for 2-3 whistles.
