  • 1 cup Wheat Flour
  • Nutella Spread
  • Water (as required)
  • Ghee / Clarified Butter

  • Take wheat flour and gradually add water to knead it into a soft, slightly firm dough.
  • Ensure the dough is not too soft to prevent Nutella from leaking out.

2. Shaping the Paratha:

  • Take a portion of the dough and shape it into a round, flattened disc.
  • Press the center of the flatbread with a spoon to create a pocket-like shape.
  • Spread 1 tbsp of Nutella inside the pocket and seal it completely from all sides.
  • Place the stuffed pieces in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to firm up the Nutella.
