  • 1 cup Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup Carrot, diced
  • 1/2 cup French beans, chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup Peas (matar)
  • 1 cup Capsicum, thick julienne
  • 2 tbsp Khojad or ghee residue
  • 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
