Palak Patta Chaat



Ingredients:

 • Palak leaves – 7-8nos

 • Besan – 1cup

 • Rice flour – 2tsp

 • Corn flour – 2tsp

 • Salt – 1tsp

 • Red chili powder – 1tsp

 • Haldi powder – 1tsp

 • Garam masala – 1tsp

 • Oil – for frying

For garnishing

 • Curd – ½ cup

 • Powder sugar – 1tsp

 • Black salt – 2tsp

 • Green chutney – 2tbsp

 • Sweet chutney – 2tbsp

 • Ginger juliennes – 2tbsp

 • Pomegranate – 2tbsp

 • Roasted cumin powder – 2tsp

 • Chopped coriander – 2tsp

 • Coriander powder – 2tsp

 • Red chilli powder – 2tsp

Method

 • Wash and clean palak leaves and keep aside

 • In bowl take besan in that add rice flour, corn flour, salt, red chilli powder, haldi powder, garam masala, and water to make smooth batter

 • P palak leaves in besan batter and coat it completely and then fries in deep frying pan

 • Pour curd in bowl and add in that powder sugar, black salt, and mix it.

 • Start with plating palak patta chaat for that place fried palak patta on plate and top with black salt, roasted cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, curd mixture, green chutney, sweet chutney, chopped coriander, pomegranate, then repeat the process from start to make second layer and it’s ready to enjoy.
