MOONGLET PIZZA
1 big cup Moong dal
1 tbsp chana dal
2 tbsp urad dal dhuli
1 nos green chilly
1 inch ginger
1 TSP salt
1 TSP turmeric
1 TSP red chilly powder
1 TSP heeng
1 TSP coriander powder
1 TSP garam masala powder
1 pinch baking soda
2 TBSP chopped onion
2 TBSP grated carrots
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1 TSP ghee
1 TSP Ginger Julienne
1 tbsp butter
1 TSP tomato ketchup
5 slices capsicum
5 slices Onion
5 slices Tomato
100 GMS processed cheese
Soak moongdal and other dal seperately for few hours
Drain the water and mix it toghether to blend all the Dals in a mixie with ginger and green chillies
Take the mixture out in a ball , add turmeric powder,redchilly powder, heeng ,coriander powder,garam masala powder and baking soda
Add onion, carrots and coriander and mix well
Add ghee on a non stick pan and pour the batter
Cook it like thick cheela on both the sides using butter
Spread tomato ketchup on top side, place slices of vegetables and cheese
Close the lid of non stick pan and cook it for 15 min
Serve hot
