Papad Katori Ki Chaat 


Ingredients -

For the potatoes: -

1 tbsp Ghee

½ cup Potatoes boiled

3-4 Mini Papad

For the Chaat Mixture: -

1 tbsp coriander, chopped

1 green chilli, chopped

2 tbsp onion, chopped

¼ cup tomatoes, chopped

1 tsp chaat masala

1 tsp red chilli powder

Salt to taste

Fried Aloo

2 tbsp tamarind chutney

2 tbsp mint chutney

½ cup chickpeas, boiled

For the Base Salad: -

2 tbsp onion, chopped

2 tbsp tomatoes, chopped

1 tsp coriander, chopped

1 green chilli, chopped

1 tsp chaat masala

1 tsp red chilli powder

2 tbsp nylon sev

1 tsp lemon juice

 

Method:-

1) In a pan add in ghee and boiled diced potatoes and fry them until golden brown and crispy

2) Take a plain papad and slit it half way from the center and apply water on papad to make it soft and cook it on a tawa and remove it and make a cone shape

3) In a bowl add in all the ingredients for the chaat mixture and mix very well

4) Make the base salad and pour it in a shot glass, take the conical papad and fill it with the chaat mixture and place it on top of the shot glass & serve.
