Khandvi



Ingredients:

Gram flour – 1 cup

Curd – 1 cup

Water – 2 cups

Salt – 1 tsp

Turmeric – 1 tsp

For tadka:

Oil – 2 tbsp

Green chili – 2 nos

Mustard seed – 1 tbsp

Curry leaves – 10-12 nos

Sesame seeds – 2 tbsp

Method:

Sieve gram flour on plate

Take curd, water in a bowl and mix it well with gram flour, salt, and turmeric to make it into a  smooth batter.

Using  non-stick pan pour curd and gram flour mixture and start cooking in flow flame heat and while cooking continuously stir the mixture.

Make sure there shouldn’t be lumps in 10 minutes the khandvi batter will be cooked.

Take a steel thali and turn it upside down, apply a little oil and pour cooked mixture and spread all over thali, and keep it aside for a minute to cool down.

Roll the khandvi and top with tadka and your khandvi is ready to eat.

For tadka   :

In a non-stick pan, heat oil, add green chili, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and let it  crackle.

add sesame seeds and your tadka is ready.
