Chicken Peshawari kadahi  
Ingredients:

  • Vanaspati – 2 tbsp
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Chicken – 300 gms
  • Salt – 2 tsp
  • Ginger- garlic paste – 1 ½  tbsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  • Crush chili powder – 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 2 tsp
  • Curd – 1 cup
  • Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree – 1 cup
  • Bhavnagri chili – 3-4 nos
  • Chopped coriander – 1 tbsp

Method:

  • In a kadahi, heat vanaspati and oil, and fry the chicken in that hot oil, add salt and cook for 4-5 minute.
  • Now add ginger and garlic paste and bhuno the chicken,  add turmeric powder, crush chili powder, coriander powder and continue cooking the chicken.
  • Add curd, black pepper powder, and cook it for 5-7 minute more and pour tomato puree and mix it and cook for some more time.
  • Cut the chili in three parts and add in kadhai and cook for 3-4 minutes and finish with adding chopped coriander .
