Ingredients

  1. SHRIKHAND BASE
  2. 2 cup fresh thick yogurt
  3. 3 tbsp castor sugar
  4. Classic Elaichi shrikhand
  5. 1 TSP cardamom powder
  6. 1gm saffron dissolved in water
  7. MANGO SHRIKHAND
  8. FRESH MANGO PULP
  9. KESAR PISTA SHRIKHAND
  10. 2-3 KESAR DISSOLVED IN  WATER
  11. 1/2 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER
  12. 2 TSP PISTACHIO CHOPPED

Method

  • using a muslin cloth hang curd in a use a bowl to collect the whey
  • do not throw the whey u can use it in Vegetables
  • mix firm thick hung curd with castor sugar to make a stiff creamy consistency
  • divide the shrikhand into three parts
  • Soak saffron in little water to make saffron water

for classic Elaichi

  • add cardamom powder and dissolved saffron water mix it well  and garnish with saffron and chopped almonds

for mango

  • add mango pulp mix it uniformly to make mango shrikhand, place it in a bowl.

             for Kesar Pista

  • Mix  saffron and cardamom powder chopped pistachio add to the mixture to make a uniform mixture  
  • place the into a bowl

SHRIKHAND IS READY serve it  with hot PURI
