Luchi Dum Aloo


Ingredients

15 baby potatoes

3 to 4 tablespoon mustard oil

1 tejpatta

1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili

1/2 teaspoon coriander powder

12 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1/2 teaspoon sugar or as required

salt as required

 make a Paste

2 medium onions

1 green chillies

12-inch ginger

2 to 3 garlic cloves

1 cup fresh tomato puree

Powder grind

cinnamon cloves black cardamom together

LUCHI

1 cup flour

1  tbsp semolina

salt to taste

oil for deep frying

METHOD

For LUCHI

Mix all the ingredients and form a stiff dough

Divide the dough into equal portions and roll into thin 3 inches poori

Deep fry and serve hot with aloo dum
