- 2-3 nos. potatoes
- 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- corn flour
- cheese cubes
- Dice 2-3 nos. of potatoes and boil them in water and add salt to the water. Now take them out in a strainer and mash them nicely and let it cool down. Add salt, 1 tsp. black pepper, 1 tbsp. bread crumbs and 1 tbsp. corn flour and knead it all together. Take a small portion of this mixture, flatten it, put a cheese cube inside and pack it up into a roll. Now mix refined flour in water and dip the rolls into it. Then cover it up entirely with bread crumbs. Now deep fry these rolls and serve them hot with ketchup or a dip.
