With a Master's in Computer Applications and Finance, Mrs. Chopra not only handles the accounting of the company, but also acts as a liason for the team. She also carries out extensive planning required to streamline all operations. Adding to her skillset, she is also the producer of the YouTube series, The Big Daddy Chef.

Guardian of Pastries

After basing the foundation of his career in Radisson Blu, it took him not more than two years to handle the entire bakery and pastry production of the hotel! Chef Sunny moved onto Ramada, Powai where he learnt the importance of training, and the financial basics. His move to California Pizza Kitchen saw him through the menu set up and opening of the first outlet of the company in India and many more. After his move to Le Pain Ouotidien, he handled the entire bakery and pastry central kitchen including menu planning, costing and market research. After 4.5 years, he moved to The Sassy Spoon where he mastered the concept of themed cakes and 3D art.

Rajesh Moolchandani

Wizard of Light Bulb Moments

After developing his basics of the European Cuisine in the Oberois, Chef Rajesh started to build his towers of knowledge of the Indian cuisine at the Udaivilas and the Trident by preparing exceptional home style Indian dishes. After his move to the Westin Garden City, Mumbai, he handled the entire Garde Manger for the main kitchen of the hotel. His next adventure was in the role of an Executive Chef for Brewery where he set up the entire kitchen. His next move was to PVR where he learnt the business side of the food and beverage industry. He decided to find himself and researched the Indian cuisine to its depths. Armed with this knowledge he had a stint in Tvum, Pune.
