2 tbsp desi ghee
2 tbsp refined oil
2 nos bayleaf
1 nos javitri
1 nos star anise
1 tsp black pepper
8 nos cloves
4 nos green cardamom
2 nos black cardamom
2 nos patharkephool
3 small sticks cinnamon
2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 300 GMS mutton curry cut 3 nos green chillies
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp deggimirch powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1⁄2 cup brown onion paste
1 1⁄2 tsp Salt
1 cup dahi
1 cup thin kaju paste
1 tsp garam masala powder 3 drops kewra jal
1 tbsp chopped coriander
Heat ghee and oil in a thick bottom pan
Add whole garam masala and allow it to crackle
Add ginger garlic paste and cook it for a while
Add mutton and continue cooking with a sprinkle of water.
Add green chillies whole and cook further
Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder and coriander powder and bhunno for at least 20 min on medium low flame.
Add little water and cook further for 30 min till it is 70 percent cooked.
Add brown onion paste and salt and cook further
Now reduce the flame and add curd and continue cooking for a while
Add thin cashew nuts paste and stir continuously
Finish the dish with garam masala, kewra jal and chopped coriander Enjoy this dish with your favorite bread or rice.
