- 1 cup sugar
- 3-4 nos. cardamons
- 1 cup khoya
- 1 tsp. cardamon powder
- 1 tbsp. refined flour
- 1 tbsp. crushed cottage cheese (paneer)
- 1 pinch of soda
- handful pistachios
- Add water in 1 cup of sugar and boil it. Crush 3-4 nos. cardamons and add to the mixture. Take 1 cup of khoya in a bowl and mash it. Add 1 tsp. cardamon powder and 1 tbsp. crushed cottage cheese (paneer) and mash it up together. Now add 1 tbsp. refined flour and again mash it up with the khoya mixture nicely. Add a pinch of soda to the dough and mix it well.
- Now make small balls from this dough and deep fry gradually increasing the less flame. Keep shaking the balls in the oil so that it gets cooked nicely. Take these balls out of the oil and directly put them into the sugar syrup. Chop a handful pistachios and put them in the sugar syrup. Soak the balls nicely into the syrup and serve them hot.
