Ingredients:

For dough

Flour – 2 cups

Salt – as per taste

Ghee – 2 tbsp

For stuffing

Boiled potato – 3-4 nos

Green peas – ½ cup

Chopped green chili – 2 tsp

Chopped ginger – 2 tsp

Red chili powder – 1 tsp

Turmeric powder – 1 tsp

Salt – as per taste

Coriander powder – 2 tsp

Garam masala – 1 tsp

Dried mango powder – 1 tsp

Chopped coriander – 3-4 tsp

For red chili and garlic chutney

 Soaked red chili – 3-4 nos

Garlic – 1 tbsp

Salt – as per taste

For plating

Red chili and garlic chutney – 3 tsp

Sweet chutney – 3 tsp

Green chutney – 3 tsp

Chopped coriander – 1 tsp

Sev – 2 tsp

Method:

For dough

owl put flour, salt, ghee, water, and knead the dough and keep aside for resting.

For stuffing

In a bowl crush the boiled potato and add green peas, and mash both the vegetable properly.

Add chopped green chili, chopped ginger, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, garam masala, dried mango powder, chopped coriander, and mix everything.

For ghughra shaping

Roll small pieces of dough and give them a flat shape and stuff the mixture in between the roll, and give ghughra shape to them, and repeat this process three to four-time.

And fry ghughra in medium hot oil .

For red chili and garlic chutney

In a mixer, jar put soaked red chili, garlic, salt, and grind into fine chutney paste and your chutney is ready.

For finishing  

On a plate put fried ghughra and pour red chili and garlic chutney, sweet chutney, green chutney, chopped coriander, sev, and your ghughra chaat is ready to have.
