Leftover vegetables Burger


Ingredients:

Lauki ki sabji - 250 gm

Salt - pinch

Black pepper - pinch

Aloo bhujia - 50 gm

Boil potato - 250 gm

Fresh coriander chop - 10 gm

Burger bun - 2 no

Corn flour - 50 gm

Oil - 20 ml

Butter - 10 gm

cheese slice - 2 no

Green chutney - 20 gm

Imli chutney - 20 gm

chopped onion - 20 gm

cajun spice - 2 grams

green chillies - 5 gm

Method:

For burger

Mash lauki, potato, onion, bhujia, green chilly

Add salt, black pepper mix and coat corn flour

Form into patty

Using little oil pan sear the patty

Cut the burger bun into two, apply butter and pan sear buns till crisp

Add mayonnaise, imli chutney, green chutney

Place a lettuce, add patty, sliced cheese and bhujia

Serve with potato wedges

For potato wedges

Cut potato in wedges

Dust, cajun spice, salt and pepper and drizzle oil

Bake potato till crispy brown at 180 degree
