  • Method
  • First, take some potatoes and peel them and wash them and then a chop them in finger-shaped and then season it with some cornflour, salt, and pepper and sprinkle little water and red chile cause so that cornflour sticks to the potato. Make sure you coat it well.
  • To quickly prepared the dish you can boil the potato and then do these steps.
  • Now deep fry the coated potato till crispy and golden brown into a tissue to remove the excess oil.
  • To make some Shezwan sauce heat a wok and then add some oil add chopped garlic, some chopped green chilies, chopped ginger, and then add the dried red chili paste and add little water and tomato ketchup, some salt, and finally some soya sauce, mix all of it well and your schezwan sauce is ready.
  • Next in the same pan add some vinegar, some more soya sauce, some red chili sauce if you want to make it more spicey, and mix all of it well.
  • Then make a slurry with the help of cornflour and water and mix it and add it to the wok to nice a nice glossy look to the gravy.
  • Then add some chopped spring onion greens and then after adjusting the consistency quickly add the fried potatoes and give it a quick toss.
  • Your crispy and spicy Dragon Potato is ready to serve.
  • Serve it in a bowl and garnish it with some more chopped spring onion greens.
