Ingredients


Tortilla chips 150 gms

For Salsa:

Tomato 100 gms

Onion 25 gms

Green chilly 5 gms

Coriander 25 gms

Cumin powder 1 gms

Tobasco sauce 5 mp

Tomato ketchup 40 ml

Salt 2 gms

Lemon juice 1 nos

For Pico de Gallo:

Onion 30 gms

Tomato 100 gms

Spring onion 30 gms

Jalapeño 5 gms

Salt 2 gms

Cumin powder 1 gms

Garlic powder 2 gms

Oil 10 ml

Cheese sauce:

Cheddar gratted 100 gms

Cream 50 gms

Salt 3 gms

Cajun spice 2 gms

Sour cream

Cheddar cheese gratted 50 gms

Method

  1. For Pico de Gallo:
  2. Neatly cut some small dices of onions and an equal amount of chopped tomatoes and then add some salt, cumin powder, some Cajun spice, some spring onion spice and finally add some chopped green chilies, jalapenos and squeeze some lemon juice and mix everything well and set it aside.

For the cheese sauce:  

  1. In a hot pan add some cream sauce and some cheddar cheese and stir it well so that the cheese melts with the cream.

 

To assemble:

  1. Now lay some tortilla chips or nachos on a plate and dust some Cajun spice and top it with some jalapeno.
  2. Then add some more melted cheese sauce on the nachos and place them in the BBQ pit and let it melt for a few mins to get a nice smoky aroma and  taste.
  3. Now add the hot nachos to a plate and add some melted cheese over the nachos and then add Pico de Gallo sauce and top it with some sour cream or cheese.
  4. Your BBQ nachos are ready to serve.
