Give your family and friends a lovely mexican surprise with these easy to make sauces. Anyone can go crazy binging over nachos with the tangy salsa and the creamy cheese dips. So try the recipe and make your evening snack more interesting and fun mexican style.

For salsa sauce:
  • 1 bowl chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 bowl chopped onions
  • 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli
  • 2 tsp chopped jalapeños
  • 1 tsp chopped coriander
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 3-4 tsp tomato juice
For cheese sauce:
  • 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tsp oil
  • 1 bowl cream
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 3 tsp cheese or as per your taste
  • 1 bowl chopped Tomatoes
Method:
  • For salsa sauce:
    Take chopped tomatoes in a big bowl. Add to it chopped onions, chopped green chillies, chopped jalapeños and, chopped coriander. A little bit of lemon juice, a touch of pepper and a little salt. Then mix all these ingredients together. This is like a tomato salad. After that add 3-4 spoons of tomato juice to the salad and again mix it nicely. Our salsa sauce is ready to be eaten with nachos.
  • For cheese sauce:
    Heat up a pan. Take 1/2 spoon chopped garlic and mash it. Drizzle very little oil in the pan. Put the mashed garlic in the oil and cook it over mild flame. Then add a bowl of cream to it. And give it a nice stir. And then add 1/2 spoon paprika and if you don’t have paprika, you may also add very little red chilli powder. Stir it nicely. Then add 3 spoons of cheese or as per your taste. Turn off the gas and keep stirring the cheese in the cream ands garlic. And in just few minutes our cheese sauce is ready.
  • Put the salsa sauce in one bowl and the cheese sauce in another and serve it with a plate full of nachos. Or another way of plating is: put some nacho chips on a plate cover with a light layer of cheese sauce and a little salsa sauce. Sprinkle some chopped coriander over it and put some more nacho chips over it and again put very little sauces over them. And it is ready to be served.
