Fluffy Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 100 gms Flour
  • 3 ml Vanilla extract
  • 4 gms Baking powder
  • 1 gms Baking soda
  • 1 gms Salt
  • 50 gms Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 30 gms Butter
  • 10 gms Honey
  • 20 gms Maple syrup
  • 20 gms Whipped cream
  • 10 ml Chocolate sauce

Method:

  1. In a bowl, break 2 eggs, add sugar, and whisk well. While whisking, add vanilla essence and mix thoroughly.

  2. Add baking soda and baking powder to the mixture and mix again.

  3. Now, add flour to the bowl and some milk, then mix well. Adjust the consistency by adding more flour and milk as needed. Aim for a thick and flowy batter.

  4. Transfer the batter to a squeezy bottle and refrigerate it for about an hour.

  5. In a non-stick pan, pour the batter into desired shapes. Once small bubbles appear on the top, flip the pancakes to the other side and cook until golden brown.

  6. Top the pancakes with chocolate sauce, tutti frutti, or whipped cream, and serve.

Enjoy your fluffy and delicious pancakes!

Cooking Tips

  1. Eggs: Change the number of eggs you use. Three eggs might be the best number for a smooth texture.
  2. Vanilla Essence: For a fun change, add the sweet smell of vanilla essence to your batter.
  3. Balance: A good batter is neither too thick nor too thin; it should be just the right amount of flowy.
  4. Squeezy Bottle: Putting your batter in a squeezy bottle and putting it in the fridge for an hour will help it rise and chill.
  5. Shape: Experiment with different pancake shapes for a playful presentation.
