  • 1 tablespoon chopped almonds
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon sliced pistachio
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chironji
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds

 

 

Method:

 

  1. In a pan, lightly roast the oats without using any oil or butter. Transfer the roasted oats into a bowl and set it aside.

  2. Pour milk into the bowl of roasted oats and soak the mixture overnight.

  3. In a separate bowl, grate the apple and carrot.

  4. In the soaked oats, add honey, curd, and cream. Mix these ingredients well.

  5. Add the grated apple and carrot to the oats mixture and mix it well.

  6. Add chopped dates, chopped almonds, chopped walnuts, sliced pistachio, sunflower seeds, chironji, raisins, and pumpkin seeds to the muesli. Mix well.
