- 1 Mango, boiled
- 200 gms Sugar
- 1 tbsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- Black Salt to Taste
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Fresh Mint
- Ice Cubes As required
- In a pan, add some cumin seeds and let them crackle. Remove the crackled cumin seeds and transfer them to a bowl. These roasted cumin seeds will enhance the flavour of the Aam Panna Mojito.
2. Boiling the Mango:
- Boil a ripe mango until it becomes soft and tender. Once boiled, allow the mango to cool down slightly.
- Peel off the skin from the boiled mango and cut it into medium-sized pieces. Add these mango pieces to the bowl of roasted cumin seeds.
