It can be a part of your meal or be a light binging snack. Chef ajay brings the delicious “kurkuri bhindi” / crispy ladyfinger for you. Enjoy the dish.

  • 250 grams ladyfinger
  • 250 grams ladyfinger
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 cup gram flour
  • 1/4 cup corn flour
Method:
  • Wash the ladyfingers nicely and let them dry. Remove the top of the ladyfingers and chop them long and fine from top to bottom. Take the chopped ladyfinger in a bowl and season it. Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric to it and mix it well. Now immediately add gram flour to it. And then add very little corn flour just to make it crisp. Dust it thoroughly. Splash very little water into this. Heat up oil and put this mixture directly into the hot oil and deep fry it. Take it out and sprinkle a pinch of chat masala on top. Mix it gently and the crispy ladyfinger is ready to serve. You may sprinkle some red chilli powder too as per your taste. And your crispy ladyfinger is ready.
