Ingredients

2 cup atta

2 tbsp besan

1 tsp salt

4 tbsp ghee (for moin)

3 tbsp ghee for cooking 

1 tsp black pepper powder

1 tsp red chilly powder

1 tsp ajwain

1 tsp Jeera

1 nos chopped onion

1 tbsp chopped coriander

1 TSP chopped green chillies


 

METHOD

In a parat sieve the flour and add besan to make it crisp

Add salt, ghee, black pepper powder, chilly powder, ajwain, jeera, chopped onion, chopped coriander and green chillies

Rub the dough to form sand consistency.

Add little water to make a tight dough. Ensure there is no kneading required.

Divide the dough into equal portions

Roll the into a thick roti.

Make gashes on it with the help of knife.

Cook it on a slow flame apply ghee while cooking on both the side

Serve immediately as a snack with tea or a breakfast with yoghurt and papad.
