Ingredient:

 For green chutney:

Mint leaves – 1 tbsp

Green coriander leaves – ½ bunch

Green chili – 1 no

Garlic cloves – 4-5 nos

Raw mango – ¼ peice

Salt – as per taste

Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp

For curd :

Curd – 1 bowl

Powder sugar – 1 tsp

Black salt – as per taste

For sweet chutney:

Tamarind juice – 1 cup

Jaggery – 1 cup

Red chili powder – 1 tsp

Black salt – as per taste

Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp

For dough:

Semolina – 1 cup

Flour – ¼ cup

Salt – as per taste

Oil – 1 tsp

For finishing :

Oil – for frying

Boiled diced potato – 1 tbsp

Chaat masala – 2 tsp

Roasted cumin powder – 2 tsp

Boiled chola – 1 tbsp

Boiled moong dal – 2 tsp

Red chili powder – 1 tsp

Black salt – 1 tsp

Green chutney – 1 tsp

Sweet chutney – 2 tsp

Curd – 1 tbsp

Crushed papadi – 2 nos

Masala chana dal – 1 tsp

Pomegranate seeds – 1 tsp

Chopped coriander leave – 1 tsp

Method:

For green chutney:

In a grinder put mint leaves, green coriander leaves, green chili, garlic cloves, raw mango, salt, roasted cumin powder, and add water or ice cube and grind into fine paste and your green chutney is ready.

For curd:

In a bowl take curd and add  powdered sugar, black salt and mix it.

For sweet chutney:

In a pan pour tamarind juice, jaggery, red chili powder, black salt, roasted cumin powder, and boil ,your chutney is ready.

For dough:

In a bowl, add semolina, flour, salt, and warm water. The dough should not be too soft and too hard, it should be a semi hard dough.

Apply oil on dough and give half an hour rest to dough.

For finishing:

Roll the dough flat and then cut it into a round shape with the help of katori.

Deep fry the kachori till it gets golden brown.

On a plate garnish with curd, green chutney, sweet chutney and place kachori in between

Put boiled potato dices inside kachori, then put chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, boiled chole, boiled moong, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, black salt, green chutney, sweet chutney, curd again green chutney, sweet chutney, crush papdi, masala chana dal, pomegranate seeds, chopped coriander and your chaat is ready.
