Fish Amritsari



Ingredients

  • Bhetki fish finger – 250gm  
  • Lemon juice – 1tbsp
  • Turmeric – 1tsp
  • Salt – 2tsp
  • Red chili powder – 1tsp
  • Cumin powder – 1tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1tsp
  • Garam masala powder – 1tsp
  • Ajwain – 1tsp
  • Ginger and garlic paste – 1tsp
  • Egg – 1nos
  • Suji – 2tbsp
  • Mustard oil – 1tbsp
  • Rice flour – ½ cup
  • Besan – 1cup
  • Chopped coriander – 1tbsp
  • Baking soda – 1pinch
  • Chaat masala – 1tbsp

   Method

  • Take bhetki fish and cut in to finger size and then marinate it with lemon juice, turmeric, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, ajwain, ginger and garlic paste, egg, suji, mustard oil, rice flour, besan, chopped coriander and baling soda then mix it well with everything.
  • Now for frying place a pan and start heating oil then out fish pics in oil one by one for better frying of fish and fry the fish till it gets golden brown color.
