RECIPE NAME   THANDAI KULFI

5 almond GM 10
6 poppy seeds GM 6
7 fennel seeds GM 6
8 black peppercorn GM 8
9 pistachio GM 10
10 dried rose petals GM 5
11 pineapple GM 20
12 raspberry GM 10
13 cardamom GM 2

METHOD:
  1. To make thandai masala, miix almond, poppy seeds, fennel seeds, black peppercorn, cardamom and make a fine powder in grinder / mixture. keep it aside.
  2. Mix all milk together.Add sugar and saffron in it.
  3. Take thandai masala and sift thru very fine sieve. You can adjust masala quantity as per your taste.
  4. Mix it till sugar dissolves completely.
  5. Then pour it in glasses and cover with aluminium foil and put it in freezer.
  6. Serve with dried pineapple chips and raspberries.
