RECIPE NAME    TANDOORI  LAMB CHOPS

1 new zealand lamb chops (one bone on) NO. 2
2 salt GM 5
3 ginger GM 10
4 garlic GM 10
5 cinnamon GM 2
6 curd GM 20
7 mustard oil ML 10
8 green cardamom GM 2
9 black cardamom GM 2
10 mace GM 2
11 clove GM 3
12 Yellow chilli powder GM 15
13 Lemon juice ML 10

METHOD:
  1. Apply salt and ginger & garlic to lamb chops and keep aside for 20 min.
  2. Take a bowl and make marinade with rest of the ingredients.
  3. Apply marinade to the chops and leave the bowl covered for another 30-60 min.
  4. Arrange lamb chops in the skewers and cook in the pre-heated tandoor till tender.
  5. Once chops are cooked and have nice charred texture on top, remove from tandoor.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves; serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings.
