3 black pepper GM 3
4 light soya sauce ML 10
5 honey ML 10
6 carrot GM 10
7 spring onion GM 10
8 olive oil ML 10
9 garlic GM 10
10 White wine ML 20

METHOD:
  1. Combine all ingredients, excluding carrot and spring onion, in large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag and add quail. Seal, and chill 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
  2. Preheat oven to 180°C
  3. Roast quail in the oven uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes or until quail is done.
