6 gelatine leaf GM 2.5
7 vanilla pod GM 3
8 butter GM 10

METHOD:
  1. Heat oven to 180°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place plums cut side up on sheet, brush with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Bake until soft and some juices run off, about 15 minutes.
ROSE PANNACOTTA:
  1. To make the panna cotta, bring the sugar, vanilla, rose syrup, milk and cream to the boil.
  2.  Add the gelatine, stir to dissolve and pass into a container set over a bowl of ice to chill.
