Methods


  • Cut paneer into slices and add salt.
  • In a bowl take blanched spinach. Chop it squeeze out the excess water and mix it with pine nuts and ricotta cheese and parmesan cheese in it.
  • Apply this mixture on slice of paneer and roll it and on a slow flame cook it on a pan.
  • Put kadhaisubz mixture on top.
  • Take a clean sanitized pan , heat oil , and sauté the ginger garlic paste
  • Add the premade onion tomato masala to the pan
  • Add the pre blanched vegetables and heat
  • Add in the dry masala spices, add in the spinach
  • Add salt, finish it.
  • Serve hot with cream as garnish
