Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese  180gm
  •  Iceberg lettuce  30gm
  •  Basil cress  20g
  • Curry leaves  10g
  •  Coriander seeds  2gm
  • Red chili crushed  2gm
  • Cumin  1gm
  • Black pepper crushed   3gm
  • Cherry tomatoes  20gm
  • Olive oil  10ml
  • Salt  a pinch 

Method:

  • Cut the paneer (Cottage cheese) in 11/2 inc triangles , should be about 3 cm thick
  • Blanch it and dredge it in a spice mix of crushed red chili, coriander seeds, cumin seed , black pepper and curry leaves
  • Pan cook the cottage cheese
  • Mix crisp iceberg lettuce , basil cress, salt, crushed pepper, roasted tomatoes, and lemon dressing and place the cottage steak on it
