Ingredients


  • • 200gm crabmeat/ CRAB STICK
    • 2 cups breadcrumbs,
    • 1/2 red bell pepper, minced
    • 3 spring Onion, sliced
    • 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1 tea spoon schezwan sauce
    • Sugar (Optional)
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper Powder

Method


  • 1. Preheat oven to 200 c.
    2. Mix crab, breadcrumbs, bell pepper, spring onions, eggs, hot sauce, salt and pepper in a large bowl until well combined. Divide mixture evenly among muffin cups. Bake @ 190 c until crispy and cooked through, 20 to 25 minutes.
    3. Serve with Salad Dip.
