Methods


  • Marinate mackerel fillet with oil, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, chilli powder and cook it in oven for 5 mins. Take it out remove the skin and chop meat .keep it aside
  • Poach crab meat with salt for 5 mins, keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan add chop ginger, garlic ,green chilli, slice onion, curry leaves and all the remaining masala and cook it well for 10 mins .remove from pan and chop it.
  • Add all the mixture (crab+mackerel+onion masala) together along with bread crumb and make patties out of them.
  • Shallow fry and serve hot with chilli mustard mayonnaise.
